Welcome to the Education Page containing information regarding classes and seminars sponsored by the Christian Education Ministry.

Sunday School

Sunday School classes for preschool through adult meet 9AM each Sunday during fall, winter and spring.

NO SUNDAY SCHOOL DURING SUMMER MONTHS

Preschool through Middle School classes meeting in the class rooms in the lower level of our building, with time including music, crafts and story time.

There are two Adult classes

· The Adult class that meets upstairs in the Steele Commons Room is a formal bible study led by Pat James.

· The Sojourner’s class meets in our Fellowship Hall located on the lower level of our building, and is more of a led discussion format which uses The Wired Word, scriptures, recent news and/or books in their interactions.

You and your family are welcome to attend where you feel comfortable. Watch below for updates for our programs.

Journey through the Bible Online

This is a Bible study that takes you through the Bible over a three-year period. It is based on the series “Journey Through the Bible” published by Christian Board of Publication.

This course is designed for both the beginner, who has done little or nothing in the way of biblical studies, and the experienced Bible scholar. It all depends on how deep you dig into the material.

We have chosen to offer this online version because our lives have become way too busy. This online version should allow you the opportunity to study and participate at a time that suits you best. Each study should take about 30-45 minutes of time - with lessons full of links that you can click on to go to a topic.

Please feel free to call Pastor Garland or email him if you have any questions or comments about the sessions. We don’t have a live class setting so discussion is a bit limited. Pastor Garland will share questions and ideas with you.
